REAL WEDDING INSPIRATION | Lily + David

Oh hello there! We hope this blog post finds you in your most cozy set of pajamas, social distancing with those you hold near and dear! Times are super weird y’all - we can’t lie, but one thing that is carrying us through the long days of solitude is showing gratitude and reflecting on some amazing wedding celebrations that we have had the honor + absolute delight of being part of! So often we get swept away with the hustle + bustle of things that we forget to take a second to really bask in the glorious radness of it all- but not today honey child! We’re talking alpacas, sunshine, THE WORLD’S CUTEST PUPS, dreamy southwestern vibes, A UNICORN BOUNCE HOUSE and a whole lotta love. Please settle in and enjoy with us!

We are so grateful for Lily + David for entrusting us with their paper. Its kind of a big deal! We always say that stationery sets the tone for the whole celebration and we get so stoked when a like minded couple comes along, ready to break all the rules. Lily was not only one of the sweetest brides ever but she is also a trendsetter AND a lover of all things southwest and girrrrrl you know that’s right up our alley. Those colors, textures and elevated fonts are what dreams are made of people. Not to mention that gold geometric clip?! Don't be surprised when you see this embellishment trending y’all- you saw it here first!

This suite is just simply scrumptious if you ask us!

A quote from the beautiful bride, compliments of the Green Weddings Shoes blog:

We got married on a lavender farm with some of the most amazing historical buildings designed by Santa Fe architecture John Gaw Meem. We wanted to elevate this beautiful property by bringing in a bohemian garden vibe and a fresh palette of earth tone and bright colors. You’ll see in our paper goods, furniture rentals, table settings beautiful earth tone and blush pink colors! For our ceremony, we had a tipi macrame arch with a rustic boho rug and bamboo chairs. We also lined the aisles with native grass in seagrass baskets.
